Britt moved to Melbourne from NZ in 2019 to study science, and loves to pepper in some science facts to inspire (or distract!) you through your epic sweat sessions. Armed with her Exercise Sport Science degree, Britt has worked in the fitness industry for 4 years, and takes every opportunity to explore Melbourne with a set of good sneakers, an audiobook, and her Garmin. Every class with Britt gives you the opportunity to work on their goals and reach new efforts by the end - expect to walk out of the studio with a sweaty glow and a new fun fact!
