After finishing my amateur boxing career, I transitioned into the fitness industry, beginning as an instructor on cruise ships. This experience served as a stepping stone, ultimately bringing me back to New Zealand, where I started training clients and teaching Les Mills classes. My primary focus now is Strength and HIIT, where I deliver high energy and positive vibes. Moving to Australia felt inevitable, and it's surreal to finally be here, living the dream. I'm deeply passionate about helping my clients and members achieve their fitness goals, all while bringing my unique personality to motivate you through every session.
