Ash is a dedicated trainer with nearly 10 years of coaching experience and qualifications in Group and Personal Training, plus expertise in fitness and health support. He’s also certified in Allied Health Assistance and Disability Support and is pursuing a degree in Exercise Science to become an Exercise Physiologist. Ash’s love for movement started early, competing in soccer, tennis, and swimming, and it continues to fuel his passion for helping others. As a coach, Ash is all about inspiring confidence, building strength, and helping clients reach their goals while promoting overall health and wellbeing. His approach combines fitness, mindset, and a balance of nutrition, recovery, and sleep. He takes pride in sharing his knowledge, motivating others, and creating workouts that challenge and energize. Plus, he always brings his signature enthusiasm—and a cheeky love of burpees—to every session.
