Cameron will give you ALL of his positive energy. His classes are an escape from reality, leaving your worries and struggles behind. Cameron is a strong believer in creating a positive class environment. He believes in listening to your body and doing what is best for you, whether that is just simply moving or pushing yourself to your limits. Cameron wants you to change your mindset in class to thinking ‘Fitness isn’t a form of punishment, it’s a celebration of what you are capable of’. You will leave Cameron’s class feeling strong, positive and ready to take on anything.

As a trainer, Sophie’s core belief is in empowering people to feel strong, confident and full of life. She believes that movement has the capability to do this, which is what drives her passion to get everyone active. Drawing from her dance background and her big love for music, Sophie brings all the vibes and uplifting energy to every session and she’s on a mission to make you feel like the best version of yourself.
